EQUIPPING FIRST RESPONDERS & MILITARY PERSONNEL WITH SKILLS TO KEEP THEIR BODY AND BRAIN CODE4+ BETTER THAN GOOD

DEVELOPED OVER 20 YEARS

With over 20 years of Law Enforcement experience, founder Chris Suitt has seen first hand the impacts of critical incidents and the evolving nature of a career as a first responder. In a culture that gives First Responders the skills to successfully do their job, but not the skills to successfully handle side effects of their job, Chris is on a mission to equip all men and women in service with training and education to keep themselves Code4+ Better Than Good.

FOUNDED ON SCIENCE

The FREEdom First Aid Process℠ is a comprehensive and science-based curriculum designed to empower present day first responders to navigate the aftermath of critical events. By delving into the science behind trauma and stress, this course equips first responders with the knowledge to conduct internal debriefs in a manner that promotes overall wellness both professionally and personally. Through its detailed guidance and practical tools, The FREEdom First Aid Process℠ fosters resilience and fortitude among first responders, allowing them to remain Code 4+ Better Than Good.

TRAINING & INSTRUCTION

The FREEdom First Aid Process℠ training provides a dual-track structure. The one-day (8-hour) course caters directly to the needs of first responders, while the extended three-day course aims to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the course resulting in new instructors. SUCCESS STORIES

“As a Vietnam era vet, I saw many Marines come home with physical and mental problems. During my time as a homicide detective, I saw many things a human should not see. I also have had good friends in law enforcement suffer from mental problems to the point of suicide. Never has any of the agencies I have worked for ever come up with a course of instruction to deal with the brain injuries we suffer from seeing horrific scenes, with the exception of therapy and drugs. I have been to the FREEdom First Aid Process℠ course and have used the methods described in it to deal with my own problems and have used it to help others. This course should be taught in boot camp and in law enforcement academies before the recruits ever see the things they will see, so they can learn to deal with them then and there, not 10 years down the road when they are having problems. I truly believe that if this type of instruction was available to many in the beginning of their law enforcement careers or time spent in the Armed Forces, there would be a lot less mental problems suffered.”
